The IT company Andersen is seeking a Treasury Manager to join its team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company specializing in providing a full range of services. Responsibilities

  • Managing accounting
  • Reporting and filling out documentation as required (e.g., supporting tender purchases)
  • Assisting in the mandatory audit across the group of companies
  • Maintaining a positive Cash Balance for the group of companies
  • Coordinating with outsourcing accounting departments of different countries to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Supervising outsourcing accounting departments and reconciling data with management accounting
  • Assessing financial results, Cash flow, P&L, and preparing reports upon request
  • Collaborating with banks, preparing necessary documentation for tenders
  • Managing credit and deposit accounts, overseeing foreign currency payments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Higher education in Economics or Accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting and tax accounting
  • Experience with currency payments, preferably including foreign banks
  • Practical experience with Internet Banking systems and familiarity with 1C software
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with 1C 8
  • Skilled in spreadsheets including creating charts, diagrams, and pivot tables
  • Analytical mindset, reliability, attentiveness, initiative
  • Intermediate level of English or above
