Your role will involve collaborating with engineering, design, marketing and senior stakeholders to innovate and streamline the user experience, directly influencing the product's evolution to better meet traveler needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage actively with customers, users, and stakeholders to deeply understand the real challenges and opportunities, ensuring you capture and communicate the essence of customer and business needs.
  • Leverage customer insights and data analytics to prioritize features, drive product innovation, and measure success, maintaining an agile mindset throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and senior stakeholders to develop solutions that address core problems and reach desired outcomes, ensuring solutions meet both customer and business expectations.
  • Own your roadmap, aligning it closely with the company's commercial and product strategic objectives and vision, and effectively communicates this alignment to guide your team and stakeholders.
  • Be the driving force behind your product, inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results through clear direction and motivational leadership.
  • Define, track, and analyze metrics to gauge product impact and success, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
Who You Are
  • With significant experience as a product manager in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, preferably within the travel industry, you excel in agile product management and are adept at delivering complex software products.
  • You are commercially savvy, leveraging traveler insights to drive profitable outcomes and consistently exceed business objectives.
  • As a decisive leader skilled in navigating uncertain situations, you manage both processes and outcomes effectively.
  • Deeply empathetic and innovative, you're committed to solving traveler pains, and continually driving product enhancements that meet travelers' needs.
  • A respected team builder with a proven track record of integrity and effective communication, you inspire and lead teams toward collective success.
  • Proficient in English, you articulate complex ideas clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
