Within the Aftermarket Business Unit, we are searching for a Global Process Expert (Sales) for our Customer Service global function.

What you can expect as a Global Process Expert Sales:

  • Deriving, defining, and documenting global sales processes
  • Ensuring all Sales teams are aware of the processes and adhere to them
  • Maintaining and enhancing internal sales processes in SAP and other related systems (e.g. Wesson, CRM) in collaboration with sales managers and other departments
  • Supporting the rollout of global sales processes in various locations through fit-gap analyses, process-related training, and preparation of training materials
  • Leading process design and optimization projects within your process environment and participating in international projects
  • Managing and coordinating local/regional process experts globally on sales-related topics

What we expect from you as a Global Process Expert Sales:

  • Demonstrated independent work approach, customer focus, strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills
  • Completion of studies in economics, business informatics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or sales desk roles
  • Mastery of SAP with proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, and experience in project management is beneficial
