The Axial Program will be driven by S/4HANA, a cutting-edge ERP system that will be implemented company-wide. This system will streamline processes, enhance financial management, standardize data, and enable real-time reporting, revolutionizing our entire supply chain from development to delivery.
Designed to be used daily by over 20,000 employees, the new system is essential for all AZ entities and plays a central role in core business operations. This initiative marks a pivotal moment for AstraZeneca, shaping our global operations for years to come.

AccountabilitiesThe Enterprise Process Expert (EPE) for Procure to Pay Systems Integration will play a vital role in seamlessly integrating our Non-SAP P2P systems into the core ERP environment. Collaborating with subject matter experts and IT professionals, the EPE will ensure the alignment and integration of non-SAP systems with S/4 HANA, supporting key process areas such as sourcing, procurement, and payments.
The EPE will oversee the integration of various systems, including sourcing platforms, purchase-to-pay systems, and payment solutions, all designed to optimize P2P processes while leveraging the capabilities of S/4 HANA.
Role and Responsibilities- Support a team of business and technical SMEs for key Non-SAP P2P platforms
- Collaborate closely with IT on the Technical Integration of Non-SAP systems with S/4 HANA
- Provide strategic input on the adoption of S/4 HANA technology
- Drive integration standards, harmonization, and process alignment
- Work with Data teams to ensure data model and cleansing activities support system integration
- Document processes and ensure compliance with relevant requirements
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices
- Identify and address issues and risks, managing them effectively
- Establish links with related processes and maintain key partnerships
- Solid understanding of global business process management and governance
- Proficiency in SAP and global process harmonization
- Proven track record in driving IT and business change across diverse functions and locations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to simplify technical information for business stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
