Mobile Engineer Trainee (Flutter team)

As a Mobile Engineer Trainee, you will contribute to building experiences in one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in Europe. We develop products that our users love and we see the benefit in our yearly turnover. Among our brands you can find (Poland), (Romania), , (Portugal), and of course (across Europe). As a Mobile Engineer Trainee, you'll collaborate closely with colleague engineers and SREs, the product team, the UX team, and an Engineering Manager.Our mobile applications are written mostly with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android), but for this role you'll join a newly established Mobile product development pack, to continue the path of cross-platform development using Flutter we embarked on last year at OLX. Our mission is to craft the next-generation Real Estate mobile application from the ground up, employing a modular and reusable approach across three main markets: Poland, Romania, and Portugal.

Our special-one profile

Background in Engineering, or computer science, whether from an academic background, bootcamp or self-learning Comfortable with computer science fundamentals and programming practices First experiences with software engineering, preferably focused on mobile technologies - could be either in a commercial setting or through personal projects or endeavors Loves learning because continuous learning is key to success Self-motivated with a passion for both online business and technology Eager to give and take from a diverse Engineering community Good communication skills Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English Lives in Poznan or Warsaw (or close by) and can go to the office 2/3 times a week
