Senior Change Manager

We are looking for you

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding client teams to the B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Your role involves leading end-user awareness, onboarding, adoption, and initiating wider change management strategies that encompass new ways of working with the SaaS platform.

Skills and experience you can bring to this role

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques;
  • Experience in developing and executing change management and training programs focused on driving user adoption;
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading complex change management projects;
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms and the ability to swiftly grasp the functionalities of our B2B SaaS platform;
  • Analytical skills, including the capacity to measure and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English;
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility for delivering outcomes.

What impact you'll make

  • Devise and execute a comprehensive change management plan to ensure the successful onboarding of SaaS clients to our B2B SaaS platform;
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, customer success, and sales, to ensure alignment and synchronization of endeavors;
  • Engage with client teams to manage expectations and oversee day-to-day onboarding, adoption, and new operational procedures;
  • Lead end-user awareness and training programs to ensure all users are well-informed about the benefits and features of the new SaaS platform;
  • Promote user adoption by recognizing and addressing obstacles like resistance to change or lack of comprehension of the platform;
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement new approaches to using the SaaS platform, incorporating process enhancements and best practices;
  • Evaluate and report on the success of the change management initiative, including user adoption rates, user satisfaction, and business outcomes.
