Financial Services Account Associate II

About the Role

The Client Delivery - Operations Team administers and manages records of individual and corporate investors, resolving client inquiries about holdings and transactions. This role involves executing Transaction Processing and Quality Control tasks in line with internal policies, procedures, and regulations, contributing to system testing and process improvement efforts. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Work with diverse applications and technologies to fulfill daily responsibilities

  • Perform assigned tasks like transaction processing, quality control, monitoring dealing systems, and generating reports. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Participate in system testing. Contribute to tech projects and provide insights for process optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English

  • Prior data-related experience is a bonus

  • Strong communication, persistence, and tact

  • Ability to collaborate in a global setting

  • Sharp analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Quick grasp of business processes

  • Deliver results within set timelines while managing competing priorities

  • Interpret and apply corporate and departmental policies effectively

  • Availability from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
