Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the roleThe Client Delivery - Operations Team manages and maintains records of individual and corporate investors and resolves client issues regarding holdings and transactions.The person will be responsible for performing Transaction Processing and Quality Control functions in accordance with applicable internal policies, procedures & governing regulations, assisting in system testing and process streamlining initiatives.Working for our team you will have the opportunity to work remotely.What you will be doing
  • Working on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks
  • Performing all assigned transaction processing, quality control, dealing systems monitoring, and associated reporting tasks. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with Client Delivery - Operations policies, procedures and governing regulations
  • Carry out assigned system testing functions. Participate in technology related projects and provide feedback to business process and procedural realignment initiatives

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Previous experience in working with data will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, persistence, and tact
  • Ability to work with a team within a global/international environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
  • Ability to quickly learn business processes
  • Ability to deliver excellent results within the established timeframes while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply corporate and department policies as they pertain to their job functions
  • Readiness to work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday
