Your role as an Area Sales Manager - End User

By becoming a member of our team, you will play a crucial part in overseeing sales operations and expanding our market presence in the Polish region. Your primary focus will involve nurturing strong connections with both new and existing End User clients to drive business growth and showcase our cutting-edge lighting solutions.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the area sales budget to meet and surpass sales targets as per set objectives.
  • Build new and cultivate existing customer relationships with End User clients, particularly within sectors like industry, retail, or logistics.
  • Devise and execute a sales strategy that aligns with regional sales initiatives.
  • Grasp sector trends and opportunities to formulate effective growth strategies.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to all clients in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and lighting design teams, emphasizing teamwork in sales endeavors.

Your qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the lighting, construction, or building services industry along with relevant sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing profitable long-term partnerships and strong business acumen.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including presentation and negotiation prowess.
  • Natural ability to build relationships and prioritize customer-centric approaches.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Embrace challenges positively and exhibit an interest in technology.
  • Inquisitive mindset with a drive for ongoing improvement and growth.
  • High proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, SAP), fluency in Polish, and very good command of English.
