Our client is just entering Polish market with its first few projects already in the pipeline. It is an international fund and developer focused on investment in real estate industrial buildings and other commercial projects in the CEE region we are currently looking for a person for the Senior Leasing Manager role who shall be promoted to the role of Head of Leasing in future.

This position is going to be based in Warsaw or in Śląsk / Małopolska region, depending on your preference. You will be responsible for all lease transactions within the company in Poland, as well as for the daily management of the future leasing team members.

The company is new in Poland, and so is this role, therefore it is crucial that you're self-driven, able to build something from scratch, you're dynamic, passionate and result driven.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting clients and running negotiations.
  • Leasing of company industrial parks around Poland (southern Poland mainly).
  • Preparation of leasing offers, active attendance in business meetings, running negotiations.
  • Optimizing income for leased spaces, securing profitable deals.
  • Reporting directly to Business Development Director and CEO.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Higher education.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leasing of industrial buildings (preferably from developers or mixed with agency experience).
  • Tracked record – list of deals negotiated and signed by you in the past.
  • Experience in running negotiations in cooperation with other departments such as project management, legal, FM, investment, finance, etc.
  • Superb knowledge of industrial market in Poland, its trends, challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, client oriented and sales attitude.
  • "Deal maker" type of personality, with open communication and empathic personality.
  • MS Office package fluency.
  • Driving licence.
