Conducting market research forpotential locations in CEE Performing site analyses, siteselection, and negotiation Analysis of international realestate markets Preparation of economicfeasibility studies and investment calculations Due diligence reviews Preparation of decision-makingbases

WHATYOU BRING

Completed commercial education witha focus on property management or spatial planning Minimum 5 years of relevantprofessional experience, ideally in real estate management High degree of independence,self-reliant and solution-oriented working method Exact and reliable working style Very good MS Office skills, SAPknowledge desirable Very good German and Englishskills in speaking & writing, additional languages are an advantage

For the position as Manager Leasing & Expansion (m/f/d), we offer you a monthly gross salary above the collective agreement starting from 25,800 PLN; an additional payment is possible depending on specific qualifications and experience.
