About the role:

In this position, you will have the chance to influence decisions, shape our technology landscape, and collaborate with a supportive team. As the Technology Manager for Dynamics CRM, you will take ownership of our CRM platform and related areas, overseeing technical aspects, infrastructure, and application functionalities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead proactive maintenance plans
  • Ensure technology alignment with business needs
  • Manage and optimize service delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and approve design proposals
  • Support audit compliance and quality assurance
  • Define and maintain technical guidelines for the Dynamics CRM platform

About you:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience in working with Dynamics CRM technologies
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English

Location:

Preferred locations for this role are in Poland, Germany, or Sweden (CET time zone) at any of our sites. With our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members.
