The Fund Accounting Analyst role is perfect for those starting out in their career. You will work with the Operations - Transaction Services team to handle fund valuation activities. Your main goal will be to assist in calculating daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and distributing associated unit prices.



Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timeliness/accuracy of fund activities, including NAV calculation and distribution factors
  • Review stock and cash reconciliations to catch any errors that could impact NAV
  • Verify that corporate actions are accurately reflected on the NAV
  • Handle complex issues and resolve client queries professionally and promptly
  • Meet client Service Level Agreement (SLA) and deadlines
  • Collect and analyze management information from an operational and client perspective

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Background in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Studying for ACCA, ACA, or CIMA is a bonus
  • Knowledge of funds services and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
