  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, especially regarding the matching of purchase orders, goods received notes, and invoices. Ensure non-PO invoices are properly approved.
  • Process open items on vendor accounts and conduct clearing activities.
  • Handle invoice processing to accurately record vendor details for prompt and on-time payments.
  • Manage invoices by entering them into the Accounts Payable system, verifying calculations, matching purchase orders and statements, confirming authorizations, checking VAT calculations, leveraging discounts, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and business units to facilitate AP/Payments processes.
  • Manage employee expenses in alignment with company policy.
  • Drive process optimization and lead implementation efforts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.

• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or 2-3 years of relevant experience. Understanding of Accounts Payables processes Knowledge of SAP preferred (SAP P03 experience is a plus) Attention to detail and quality. Proficiency in German and English (written and verbal ) Sense of urgency and a strong commitment to goal achievement. Customer-focused mindset. Process-oriented, organized, and able to manage ad hoc requests. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Proactive, eager to learn, and share knowledge. Communicative and team-oriented. Flexible, adaptable, and systematic in approach. Professionalism, ethics, and integrity are imperative.
