We are looking for a dynamic and driven [interim] Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning strategies and programs to support employee growth and development.

People Department

The People Department takes care of all of our human relations tasks — from recruiting through the whole employee lifecycle — while focusing on employee satisfaction and well-being. They're responsible for maximising employee value while achieving successful business results.

The People Department also includes the Administration Team, which oversees office

management, maintains office supplies, coordinates with suppliers and contractors,

and provides support for the organization of meetings.

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and workshops on OKRs/ goals
  • Prepare and deliver training and workshops to support various HR projects like values implementation, team collaboration facilitation or leadership skills improvement etc.
  • Driving individual employee growth
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs (e.g. sharing knowledge program)
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods and tools companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, 360 assessments etc)
  • Collaborating with HRBP in employee cycle evaluation process and personal development plans
  • Conducting focus groups to explore problems and develop an action plan (e.g. after analyzing the results of an engagement survey)

You will be fairly remunerated – PLN (CoE) (depending on your skills and experience)
  • Proven experience in L&D role with focus on learning & development
  • Strong knowledge of different workshops/ training techniques
  • Experience in implementingor training OKRs/ goals in the organization
  • Project management skills (certification would be an asset)
  • Sense of ownership, independence, collaboration, proactivity, assertiveness, creativity
  • Very good English
  • Available to work from our Warsaw office three times a week
