The Role

Imperial Brands is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees who are looking to recruit an Export Operations Coordinator in Warsaw, Poland.

The Central Order Management Coordinator is responsible for all order management related tasks for defined markets and clusters. For the defined scope it is the operative interface towards the customers taking care of order taking and delivery preparation, and is responsible to satisfy the customer demand timely at the right place, in the right quality and quantity as well as at the most efficient cost.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Key contact for all order management processes and responsible for the coordination of all aspects to ensure order execution is meeting customer expectations and ensures continuous market supply
  • Responsible for all sales order management processes (per defined Cluster/ area of responsibility)
  • Stay informed about phase-in/phase-out planning and ensure correct reflection into order management
  • Make sure that order execution is in line with expected volumes, timings etc., and take action in case of deviations impacting market/customer supply
  • Ensure all relevant systems and master data are up-to-date, incl. timely preparation of new products and flows
  • Support the delivery preparation and transportation management processes and is informed about any changes therein
  • Responsible for performance follow-up (POF, Logistics complaints etc) and lead improvement actions.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Good SAP ITP skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good expertise in customs, financial flows under an invoice, etc.
  • General understanding of DDMRP methodology
  • Good understanding of business processes and SC principles and practices and the company's demand & supply network
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language
