Na czym będzie polegać Twoja praca:

  • Optymalizacja powierzchni reklamowej Allegro oraz innych serwisów Allegro Mall Group.
  • Wprowadzanie nowych formatów i miejsc reklamowych we współpracy z zespołami technologicznymi.
  • Sprawdzanie efektywności formatów reklamowych dla małych, średnich oraz dużych reklamodawców z uwzględnieniem wskaźników efektywności mediowych oraz sprzedażowych.
  • Praca z zespołem analitycznym w celu optymalizowania przychodów reklamowych w ujęciu klientów, powierzchni reklamowej i produktów.
  • Koncepcyjne, oparte na trendach, formułowanie potrzeb i pomysłów na nowe wdrożenia mające pomóc reklamodawcom oraz interesariuszom wewnętrznym (handlowcy, analitycy, zespoły technologiczne).
  • Dbanie o dotrzymanie terminów oraz budżetów przychodowych założonych na dane obszary, produkty lub placementy reklamowe.
  • Udział w prowadzeniu warsztatów oraz spotkań roboczych z klientami oraz zespołami Allegro w celu wypracowania nowych rozwiązań reklamowych i marketingowych.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z obecnymi oraz przyszłymi regulacjami prawnymi w regulaminach, cennikach oraz ofertach specjalnych.
  • Definiowanie potrzeb i wymagań biznesowych, koordynacja działań i strukturyzacja ich w formie dokumentów i szablonów projektowych.
  • Aktywne monitorowanie trendów i zmian na rynku aby skutecznie przygotowywać biznes do nadchodzących wyzwań.
  • Bieżąca praca z dashboardami oraz raportami w celu weryfikowania skuteczności prowadzonych działań i prezentowanie ich przed międzynarodowym zarządem.
Szukamy osób, które:
  • Interesują się rynkiem reklamy online, performance marketingiem i e-commerce.
  • Wiedzą jak działa Google Ads/ Facebook Ads Manager, jak działają systemy aukcyjne, narzędzia pomiarowe oraz emisyjne stosowane w reklamie.
  • Posiadają min. 5 letnie doświadczenie w rozwijaniu produktu/usługi (najlepiej w branży e-commerce lub marketingowej), marketingu produktu i/ lub ścisłej współpracy z zespołem rozwijającym produkt/ usługę powiązaną z reklamą lub marketingiem.
  • Posiadają doświadczenie w definiowaniu i monitorowaniu mierników efektywności, umieją pracować z liczbami i wyciągają z nich wnioski.
  • Mają nieszablonowe podejście do pracy - szukamy osób samodzielnych i kreatywnych, które wesprą swoimi pomysłami dziesiątki tysięcy sprzedających na Allegro.
  • Są otwarte na pomysły i potrafią cierpliwie badać potrzeby klienta, a następnie są w stanie wynik swoichi badań i obserwacji przekuć w konkretne rekomendacje i działania.
  • Potrafią patrzeć na produkt z perspektywy użytkownika jak i reklamodawcy.
  • Wykazują się łatwością w budowaniu relacji, a do nowych wyzwań podchodzą z optymizmem.
  • Posiadają doskonałe zdolności komunikacyjne i chęć dzielenia się wiedzą.
  • Znają j.angielski na poziomie zaawansowanym.
