We are seeking an individual overflowing with ideas and open to refining them. You should be resourceful and agile, ready to pivot and adapt, and not overly attached to a single idea. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams, hence strong teamwork abilities are vital. Furthermore, you should feel confident presenting in front of leadership, as this role carries significant visibility. Responsibilities:

  • Craft intuitive design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for products and features
  • Collaborate across departments with our product and engineering colleagues, lead design conversations, and uphold design excellence
  • Engage in the entire product development cycle from research to deployment
  • Break down design issues into manageable segments while seeking input from other product designers and cross-functional partners
  • Seek innovative ideas from similar industries and motivate the team through exceptional execution

Who you are:

  • A designer looking to evolve with 2-4 years of substantial design experience in product-centric projects
  • Proficient in using design thinking techniques to validate and deliver impactful user experiences
  • Experience in taking part in usability trials and design sprints
  • Ability to articulate design reasoning and conceptual concepts
  • Skilled in using standard industry design and prototyping tools to convey design solutions
  • Capable of communicating technically with cross-functional partners
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional product work that demonstrates strong visual design, interaction, and typographic abilities

Boxers are expected to work from their designated office at least 2 days a week, with emphasis on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
