JUNIOR ACCOUNTANTYOUR TASKS:
  • Post material invoices and warehouse documents; ensure compliance with accounting rules and tax regulations
  • Collect and archive accounting documents per internal procedures and keep accounting records reconciled with general ledger accounts
  • Cooperate in preparing reports, financial statements, tax declarations, and perform month and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare bank transfers, confirm and reconcile balances with counterparties, and ensure good cooperation with other departments
  • Participate in optimization and roll-out projects
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Educational Background: a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a good understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
  • Practical Experience: previous internships or part-time roles in accounting departments, developing skills in posting invoices, preparing financial statements, and conducting reconciliations
  • Technical Proficiency: practical experience in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Analytical Skills: strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, essential for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • English language skills to communicate orally and in writing (B2)
  • Nice to have: experience in teamwork, through projects or professional environments, hands-on experience with accounting software
