Junior AP Accountant

Wilhelmsen Business Service Center (WBSC) is part of the Wilhelmsen Group, a global provider of services and products for the maritime industry for over 160 years. WBSC is one of 4 Wilhelmsen companies located in Szczecin. In Poland, we employ over 250 people in several departments. By working with us, you will gain new knowledge, and your colleagues will ensure that you feel confident and comfortable performing daily tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with global teams in an international environment.

Support us with:

Processing purchase invoices from internal and external suppliers Coding and coordinating invoice approvals Close collaboration with finance department colleagues from around the world Participation in month-end closing reporting Opportunity to participate in projects and improvements related to standardization and automation of accounting processes
 

You are the ideal candidate if:

You communicate effectively in English (minimum B2), which besides completing daily tasks will enable you to meet interesting people from different parts of the world You possess analytical thinking skills, are proactive, and have a team-oriented approach You are eager to develop in the field of finance
 

Nice to have:

Education in economics, finance, or related fields Proficiency in Excel
