Role and Responsibilities
Content Digital E-commerce Specialist
Twoja rola:
Zarządzanie procesem produkcji i wdrożenia materiałów – także treści - e-commerce dla nowych produktów na stronie oraz e-retailerów, Koordynacja pracy oraz płynnego przepływu informacji pomiędzy agencjami, Marketingiem, Kierownikami Produktu oraz Działem Prawnym w ramach procesu produkcji materiałów e-commerce i stron – produktowych, z ofertą, marektingowych, Aktualizacja treści marketingowych oraz produktowych na stronie , Proofreading i stały nadzór nad jakością materiałów zgodnie z wytycznymi marki i najlepszymi praktykami UX E-commerce, Wsparcie w tworzeniu mediaplanów dla kampanii Digital, Współpraca z Działem Marketingu w ramach planowanych kampanii promocyjnych (przygotowanie briefu dla agencji, tworzenie materiałów oraz stron marketingowych do kampanii online), Wsparcie zespołu Digital w codziennych zadaniach, płynności raportów i procesów, Czynny udział w tworzeniu i doskonaleniu doświadczenia użytkownika na stronie , w tym tworzenie nowych lokalnych materiałów marketingowych (landing pages) z agencjami, Monitoring trendów rynkowych oraz działań konkurencji, Współpraca z agencją performance marketingową i realizacja działań związanych z rozwojem oraz optymalizacją treści na stronie (monitoring i przygotowanie treści SEO, koordynacja przygotowania artykułów Performance Contentowych).Wymagania:
Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania projektami (np. Jira, Asana, Trello lub inny), Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma projektami jednocześnie, prezentacja postępów projektów i raportowanie wyników, Doświadczenie w produkcji i optymalizacji contentu e-commerce, Umiejętność krytycznego myślenia, wyciągania wniosków oraz szukania nowych rozwiązań, Doskonała umiejętność organizacji pracy nawet pod presją czasu, Podstawowa znajomość metryk digital marketingowych, e-commerce oraz umiejętność ich analizy, (impresje, kliknecia, ctr, zasieg) Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, Doświadczenie we współpracy z agencjami (mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy po stronie agencji) przy produkcji materiałów do kampanii digital, Podstawowa znajomość zasad UX/UI i SEO Mile widziana znajomość systemu do zarządzania treściami strony Adobe AEM lub innych CMS, Lekkie pióro oraz podstawowa znajomość programów graficznych będzie dodatkowym atutem, Znajomość trendów marketingowych oraz zainteresowanie nowymi technologiami będzie dodatkowym atutemOferujemy:
