Regional Credit Risk Manager

Develop and implement country specific retail credit risk strategies and procedures in alignment with a sustainable growth objective
Monitor and manage regional credit risk portfolio, identifying and mitigating risks
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and global Credit Risk community
Prepare reports and presentations, providing insights into regional credit performance and risk exposure
Co-approval of Cost of Risk in close collaboration with country Finance teams
Stay up to date on macroeconomic, socioeconomic, and geopolitical changes in order to assess and anticipate risks and opportunities
Manage small Analysts team
Our requirements Excellent English skills
University degree - preferably Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
Ideally 10 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in a multi-market environment
Strong understanding of credit risk principles, methodologies and corporate financial analysis
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in project management is a plus
Experience in creation of scoring models is a plus
