Your responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Data Mindset:
driving the usage/adoption of the data products through underlying methodologies including usage of test & learn approach, user centricity, data & analytics and automation

External Perspective:
bringing the "outside-in" by identifying key partnerships with leading data and technology providers to bring industry best practices to Danone

Delivering Change:


Finance product(s) delivery: accountable for the delivery of data product capabilities supporting financial strategy (on time, in scope, on budget).

Ensuring management of data product(s) through lifecycle

SSOT activation:
responsible for the utilization of the Single Source of Truth strategy related to Finance domain

Promoting Data & Analytics:
taking an active role in promoting and communicating about data products and data strategy across communication channels

Operational Excellence:

Scoping:
ensuring scoping and functional design is delivered and supporting project squads with delivery of strategic projects with respect of agreed timelines and budget

Backlog:
building and managing the backlog of user's stories/requirements and prioritizing for development accordingly

MVPs:
maximizing efficiency in a constantly evolving environment using Minimal Viable Product delivery, and rapid prototyping

Linking deliverables to vision:
providing customer and business context to the delivery team, empowering them to explore creative solutions, whilst simultaneously ensuring the team delivers against scope and time commitments

Value added:
possessing a strong analytical background and ability to deliver value to end users

Product innovation:
identifying new opportunities to enhance current operating processes and implement strategies to address those opportunities

Communication:
maintaining proximity and close connection with the business stakeholders, business Product Owner(s) and the delivery team to ensure strong cooperation and transparency in execution

You will be a passionate and proven leader with the ability to gain business partner agreement, communicate confidently at both the technical and data team level, and collaborate with a wide variety of technical and non-technical teams.

Our requirements Experience in developing innovative data solutions, agile ways of working, intellectual curiosity, and leading small agile delivery teams are critical to enable you to be successful.

Furthermore, it is important that you possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to logically analyse complex requirements or processes.

Additionally, we expect you have:
Several years of experience in the FMCG/ Retail Data & Analytics
Proven track record of implementing data products related to Finance domain

Ability to demonstrate a mix of technical skills and business processes knowledge and proven experience in rolling out a data product in multiple markets.

Essential to have experience in data catalogue documentation and managing the product use throughout all the stages of the product lifecycle
Experience working with data architects, ingestion, data scientists and visualization teams in an agile framework. Expert knowledge and demonstrated abilities to lead squads and tribes with the ability to define user stories and prioritizing backlog in accordance with the Senior Product Owner's vision of the product
Strong ability to connect and federate distinct stakeholders in a complex organization, managing stakeholders from Global, Local, Business and IT teams
Experience implementing modern data strategies and solutions using cloud technologies (Azure,
AWS, Google), Informatica Cloud, Power BI or similar tools

As a Product Owner, you will be co-leading Finance Products in the Global Supporting Functions (SF) Data & Analytics (D&A) domain with the primary focus on DBS Process Efficiency product.

Our vision is to accelerate financial performance through reliable data, robust insights, data driven and AI enabled decisions.


We are looking for a Product Owner to lead and work in partnership with business experts (SME), and global and local data and technology teams to identify and implement solutions to meet the needs of evolving business.

You will lead a team of data engineers and Power BI developers. This role is reporting to the Senior D&A Product Owner Finance.


We are looking for a candidate who has a strong mix of both functional expertise in Finance domain, and technical cloud expertise in data management.
