Please also upload your resume in English, thanksAs our new People Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Be responsible for maintaining and updating Spreadsheets, HALO system and the Sharepoint site in order to respond to our extended workforce (freelancer) queries
  • Manage the onboarding of new freelancers globally ensuring contractual/agreement compliancy and preparing all documentation whilst liaising with Finance and Payroll as appropriate
  • Manage the offboarding of freelancers globally ensuring compliancy
  • Be responsible for Data integrity of the freelancer population
  • Provide regular reports to SVP People
  • Build relationships and re-educate hiring managers to ensure IR35 Compliancy
  • Review and amend contractual terms to comply with local laws
  • Be responsible for maintaining Freelancer files, ensuring documents are easy to find and up to date
  • Assist with any project related tasks
  • Hold regular meetings with various stakeholders to ensure processes and procedures are being followed and maintained
  • Work with the HR People Support Team so that POs for senior Consultants and Freelancers are generated, as required;
  • Work with the HR People Support Team so that all HR and Senior Leadership invoices are processed via Oracle in a timely manner to ensure payment is made in line with agreed terms
  • Manage the HR/Extended workforce Inbox and distribution of activities
  • Manage all Freelancer and Manager queries within the agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
You'll have:
  • Administrative experience in similar role
  • Ability to manage work requests in volumes and within tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong data entry skills
  • IT Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) basic to intermediate level
  • Experience of IR35 desirable
  • Strong customer focus skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
  • Fluent English language skills, the ability to speak and write in another language would be a plus
