Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for maintaining and updating Spreadsheets, HALO system and the Sharepoint site
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of freelancers globally with compliancy
  • Ensure data integrity of the freelancer population
  • Provide regular reports to SVP People
  • Build relationships and re-educate hiring managers for IR35 Compliancy
  • Review and amend contractual terms to comply with local laws
  • Maintain Freelancer files, ensuring documents are up to date and easy to find
  • Assist with project-related tasks
  • Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure processes are maintained
  • Work on POs and invoices for senior Consultants and Freelancers
  • Manage HR/Extended workforce Inbox and distribution of activities
  • Handle Freelancer and Manager queries within the agreed SLAs

Requirement:

  • Administrative experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • IT skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) at basic to intermediate level
  • Experience of IR35 is desirable
  • Fluent English language skills, additional languages are a plus
