In this hands-on role, you will play a vital role in our marketing activities in the Central & Eastern Europe Region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategic marketing plan for the region along with Cambridge's global marketing approach and partner closely with our regional business development and marketing teams as well as our key channel partners to deliver excellence to our customers.

About the role

As part of the regional marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the senior regional leadership team, as well as external key stakeholders, including distributors and exam centres, to raise awareness, drive demand, and develop recognition for Cambridge propositions. By working closely with our channel partners (exam centres and distributors) on marketing events, activities, and campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and generating leads.

You will help drive growth through a deep understanding of the diverse markets in the region by supporting the sales teams and being a part of a digital transformation. Additionally, you will support digital campaign implementation and management, ensuring the delivery of a range of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the regional marketing plan.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CRM and Databases Management with the Digital team, utilizing tools such as Hubspot, SalesForce, and other data management tools. This involves leveraging customer insights to deliver a market-leading customer experience through all communication channels. Your responsibilities will also include proactively finding new ways to improve the results of marketing campaigns that support sales targets. This role, therefore, requires a highly creative and analytical individual with the ability to work within a team, as well as their own initiative.

About you

You have expertise in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for international markets. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in project and budget management. Your track record includes successfully developing and implementing digital campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, with a specific focus on demand generation. You excel in building relationships and influencing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you have experience in event management, showcasing a proven ability to drive demand through targeted events. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing key account marketing activities and collaborating with our distributors and exam centres.

Essential skills, knowledge, and qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English minimum C1 level (Essential) and Czech (Essential)
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a multinational company
  • Strong campaign management skills with a focus of lead nurturing and lead generation through marketing automation (Preferably HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and networking skills with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial thinker with strong customer and solution focus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A collaborative team player
