Hey there Are you a marketing expert who knows how to make things happen? Livespace is looking for a Growth Manager to join their fantastic team. If you're passionate about driving demand generation and building a lively community, and you have a good grasp of the Polish sales market, keep on reading

Ideal Candidate:

The perfect candidate has around 4-5 years of experience in roles like Marketing Manager, Partnerships & PR, Content Marketing Manager, or Country Marketing Manager. They should have a deep understanding of the sales market in Poland and solid experience in strategic and operational marketing.

Job Model: 100% remote

Competitive Salary:

  • PLN net (negotiable) on B2B Contract
  • PLN gross on UoP

Scope of Tasks:

  • Demand Generation in Poland: Develop and execute demand generation strategies through various campaigns including webinars, partnerships, event marketing, and PR.
  • Local Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads in Poland.
  • Partnerships & Events: Identify and engage with key partners, influencers, and organize events to promote Livespace CRM.
  • Public Relations: Manage PR activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in Poland.
  • Public Speaking: Represent Livespace CRM online and offline.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for different marketing channels.
  • Utilize LinkedIn for personal branding and relationship building.

Who You Are:

  • Marketing Generalist: Experienced in various marketing areas.
  • Sales Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Polish sales market.
  • Public Speaker: Comfortable speaking in public and utilizing LinkedIn.
  • Excellent Copywriter: Skilled in creating high-quality content in Polish.
  • Hands-on Approach: Prefer to be involved in copy creation and campaign execution.
  • Proactive and Self-Reliant: Able to manage resources and learn new skills.
  • Effective Project Manager: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Great communication skills & experience with working with Sales team.
  • Fluent in Polish: Proficiency in Polish is essential for this role.
