RTR Intern

The Role

A diverse global FMCG company, backed by a team of 25,000 professionals, is seeking a Record to Report Intern. The main goal of this position is to offer hands-on assistance to the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth operation of various accounting tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Help with Intercompany Netting reconciliation process,
• Assist in creating fixed assets requests documentation,
• Support in daily and monthly reporting and assist RTR Accountants during month-end and year-end close procedures,
• Collaborate with RTR Specialists to provide required documentation and explanations for internal and external audits,
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as needed,
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional knowledge proactively.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Currently enrolled in a degree related to Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting,
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications,
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
• Eagerness to learn and highly motivated,
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
