Position Overview

The Senior Technical Business Analyst in **Poland** is a key contributor in shaping technology demand within the Exact Sciences business community. This role focuses on Customer Relationship Management (Veeva) and Master Data Management/data analytics.

The work location is in **Poland**.

Essential Duties

  • Collaborate with department leaders and IT business solutions management to analyze current business processes, systems, and data tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate potential return on investment, including quality and efficiency benefits, to help prioritize projects.
  • Create detailed documentation, such as gap analyses, process flowcharts, business requirements documents, to support the development of new analytical tools and processes.
  • Quickly grasp the data, processes, and systems used by the business unit.
  • Provide frontline support to troubleshoot process and system issues and offer ongoing operational support.
  • Engage in discussions with business sponsors to understand high-level requirements and capture business needs.
  • Articulate and document business requirements clearly.
  • Translate business needs into requirements using a structured process to analyze and manage change, assessing and proposing solutions based on cost-benefit analysis aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Manage project requirements and scope.
  • Support CRM and MDM applications.
  • Actively participate in testing new system features.
  • Research best practices and user needs to propose strategies for process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of changes and enhanced procedures.
  • Review product design documentation to validate requirements.
  • Analyze and prevent program operating issues after implementing changes.
  • Suggest process enhancements in a dynamic environment.
  • Resolve customer satisfaction concerns proactively.
  • Provide guidance to other analysts and support company Quality Management System policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of business analyst experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
  • Right to work in **Switzerland** without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in life sciences supporting Commercial and Medical functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva and/or CRM configuration and technical support.
  • Experience in Master Data Management configuration and technical support.
  • Knowledge of IT processes, incident & problem management.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • German fluency preferred.
