Your New Role:

The Senior Technical Analyst will assist the team and key stakeholders across various tasks related to multiple applications and business processes, including enhancing business processes and aligning key metrics.

Your Role Accountabilities:
  • Ensure Concur system is operational and accessible to users
  • Manage Expense Administration functions in Concur
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and connectivity issues promptly
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to expense processes and policies
  • Collaborate with technical and business groups to resolve complex issues
  • Monitor daily jobs and resolve any issues/exceptions
  • Assist in training users and administrators
  • Develop new Concur Intelligence reports and ensure practices are maintained
  • Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ANALYTICS
  • Assist project team and management in prioritizing business requirements
  • Establish and maintain detailed project plans
  • Conduct performance analysis of business processes
  • Participate actively in stakeholder meetings
  • Provide training and materials for new processes
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Concur Expense and/or Request configuration
  • Experience in helpdesk or customer/client support
  • Strong software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Cognos
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Not Required but preferred experience:
  • Experience in a national or global company
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Comfortable in a highly iterative environment
