We are on the lookout for a **LMS Support Specialist** to ensure that all Learning Management System (LMS) content meets our Clients' needs. The role can be based in Krakow with the option for remote work from other locations in Poland. This is a 3-month opportunity for immediate start.

Job Summary

  • Handle LMS administration requests efficiently.
  • Manage all LMS Content, including Courses, Curriculums, and Scheduled Offerings.
  • Assist with LMS data cleanup projects.
  • Populate the LMS with courses and content tailored to different audiences and languages.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy of content and data.
  • Test new courses/content based on specific criteria.
  • Assist with course updates and publishing.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have previous experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Saba. Other requirements include:

  • Prior experience in Learning, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
