Technologies-expected : Salesforce Service Max about-project : We are hiring a Salesforce/Service Max System Administrator who will be responsible for the ongoing support for Service Max users at Perkin Elmer.

Successful candidate will work across the business to ensure successful performance and achieve committed milestones & outcomes.

The technical underpinnings of Service Max will be your responsibility.


Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of a large implementation of Service Max including but not limited to managing users, handling bulk data migration.

They will be effective communicators who possess critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving skills.

responsibilities :

Interact with existing Service Max Support Team to ensure all project milestones are successfully met Ability to provide application and business process consulting, including training documentation, for implementation of Service Max application software Manage a fast-paced queue of support tickets, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution Assist in the configuration and maintenance of sandbox environments to facilitate development and QA testing of new features and functionality Test enhancements to "Salesforce" and "Service Max" custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within "Salesforce." Must be able to "think on their feet" and demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn requirements-expected : Fluent English Minimum 1 year of experience with Sales Force OR Service Max (configuring, implementing, reporting, testing and training).
