BiLLWERK+ is looking for a dynamic Product Manager who wants to work in a high growth international environment with a world class team.

BiLLWERK+ is a fast-growing company, doubling year on year but our ambitions don't stop there. Having proven our ability to attract and retain customers we are now at the exciting phase of scaling up all aspects of the company as we look to expand into new product lines and enter new markets.

To help us in that goal we are looking for a Product Manager to help us in our ambition to deliver a leading analytics product

Billwerk+ Analyze combines data from multiple sources and leverages AI & ML to empower our customers with the actionable insights needed to drive their business forward

As our Product Manager, you will:

  • You'll manage the roadmap: capture work from a wide range of internal and external inputs, understand and prioritise this work so your team is always delivering maximum impact to our customers
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing and operational teams to launch and support new products and features
  • Combine data and research to develop a deep understanding of our customers, competitors and the billing and payments space
  • Create well written documentation including PRDs & user stories, defining the job to be done, acceptance criteria and success criteria
  • You'll constantly evaluate if your products have addressed customer needs through quantitative and qualitative metrics and obsess about user engagement and adoption of these products
