Together with our team you will launch Zenfulfillments new fulfillment/logistics center in Szczecin (Poland) and subsequently manage it

  • Lead the development of our fulfillment center in Szczecin, working closely with our co-CEOs and operations team
  • Design, implement and optimize all relevant processes in the new fulfillment center
  • Shape the future of logistics and leave a lasting impact on the industry
  • Lead day-to-day operations, troubleshoot problems and have a positive impact on site performance
  • Analyze productivities and implement measures to improve our operational excellence
  • Train a team and promote its development
  • Work seamlessly with other teams at Zenfulfillment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership position in a fulfillment center or similar facility
  • Shopfloor experience in various positions
  • Knowledge of all relevant processes of a fulfillment center
  • Practical experience in the optimization of warehouse and shipping processes
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and Polish

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience building a new fulfillment site
  • Expertise in automation technology
