They help doctors and clinics streamline scheduling, communication, and payments for millions of patients every month.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with different departments to provide necessary information
  • Manage accounting records such as invoices, payments, and journals entries
  • Conduct reconciliations for banks, billing, receipts, and vendor/customer balances
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and processing recurrent JEs
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Support other departments with accounting and finance-related inquiries

Requirements:

  • Background in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics (Bachelor's degree required)
  • 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in ERP finance applications and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus

Location:

This position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid work model.
