Job Description

What you will do in this role:

  • You will collaborate with various departments to provide necessary information, support procurement processes, manage expenses, and handle customer transactions.
  • Process accounting records such as invoices, payments, and journal entries.
  • Conduct reconciliations for banks, billing, receipts, and vendor/customer balances.
  • Assist in processing recurrent JEs.
  • Aid Senior Accountants in preparing monthly reports.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance processes.
  • Support other departments by providing accounting and finance-related information for effective operations.

Qualifications

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. A Master's degree or accounting certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in ERP finance applications and Microsoft Excel.
  • Desire for continuous learning, proposing improvements, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required, additional fluency in Spanish or Italian is beneficial.

The role is located in Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid work setup allowing 2-3 days of remote work per week.

You will report to Anna Piusińska-Wójcik, our Accounting Hub Manager, as part of the Global Docplanner Team.
