Obowiązki

  • Zarządzanie projektem utrzymania usług informatycznych
  • Nadzór nad terminową realizacją zadań, w tym monitorowanie postępów prac oraz weryfikacja zadań w zakresie realizowanego projektu
  • Budowanie trwałych relacji z klientem i rozumienie jego potrzeb biznesowych
  • Dbanie o jakość pracy w zespole, prowadzenie spotkań projektowych i wsparcie w rozwiązywaniu problemów
  • Identyfikowanie i monitorowanie ryzyk projektowych
  • Zarządzanie konfliktami
  • Tworzenie raportów i zestawień

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Minimum 3-4 lata doświadczenia w roli Service Delivery Managera, Project Managera lub pokrewnej
  • Znajomość zagadnień oraz dobrych praktyk w kontekście zarządzania projektami
  • Znajomość dobrych praktyk zarządzania usługami IT
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego - pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację z międzynarodowym klientem
  • Profesjonalne podejście do obowiązków – odpowiedzialność, rzetelność, terminowość
  • Doskonałe zdolności organizacyjne (organizacja czasu pracy, nadawanie priorytetów zadaniom, zdolność podejmowania decyzji)
  • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne, negocjacyjne i analityczne
  • Mile widziane:
  • Doświadczenie w projektach/usługach związanych z infrastrukturą IT
  • Szkolenia lub/i certyfikaty (PRINCE2, ITIL, PMI)
  • Udział w ciekawych projektach z obszaru infrastruktury IT
  • Nowe wyzwania wspierające rozwój zawodowy i podnoszące kwalifikacje w obszarze project managementu
  • Praca, która umożliwia codzienny kontakt z językiem angielskim
  • Model pracy hybrydowej (3 dni z biura, 2 dni zdalnie) po okresie wdrożenia
