About the project:

Are you ready to inspire talented artists and lead a team to greatness in game creation? Well, that's exactly who we are looking for At Wazdan, we are searching for someone to join our rapidly growing team to manage daily operations related to game production. Choosing a career at Wazdan means becoming part of a team working on the most creative and ambitious projects in the iGaming industry. No need for extensive experience in a similar position. We are looking for a creative, motivated, proactive, and dedicated individual who will seamlessly fit into our game production team. It would be ideal for this person to be accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously in a highly experienced and exciting environment. While we don't require a graphic designer for this position, excellent project management skills and attention to detail are essential as you will help us ensure good work efficiency. We appreciate a willingness to develop in our organization, providing opportunities for fast growth and professional advancement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of graphic designers and animators in the creation of visual elements for games using digital painting, 2D techniques, based on general concepts and specific standards presented.
  • Lead teams concurrently in several projects, working based on a project management system.
  • Meet project deadlines, report work progress to superiors regularly.
  • Motivate team members, ensure high work efficiency and quality.
  • Develop visual game concepts based on presented project concepts.
  • Clearly present visual and technical aspects of game projects.
  • Ensure created materials adhere to established stylistic guidelines and take effective action to correct any inconsistencies.
  • Work closely with teams of programmers and testers.
Requirements:
  • Experience working on projects (especially games) using digital painting techniques, game art, etc.
  • Experience managing a team of several people (graphic designers, animators, programmers, testers) based on any project management system.
  • Basic knowledge of animation and 2D graphics enabling understanding of basic techniques.
  • Understanding of process optimization and application ergonomics.
  • Basic graphics program operation skills enabling sketching and corrections.
  • Creative, observant, with a refined aesthetic sense.
  • Quick learner who can leverage others' experiences, read and create documentation effectively.
  • Flexible in meeting project requirements and established work standards.
  • Capable of ensuring own and team efficiency and continuous progress, inspiring and motivating the team.
  • Aware of personal limitations or lack of knowledge, actively seeking to address them.
  • Able to work under time pressure, mentally resilient, and open to constructive criticism.
