responsibilities : kierowanie pracami zespołów grafików i animatorów w trakcie procesu tworzenia części wizualnej gier za pomocą technik digital paintingu, 2 D, w oparciu o ogólne założenia oraz konkretne, przedstawione standardy; kierowanie pracami zespołów równolegle w kilku projektach, pracując w oparciu o system zarządzania projektami; dotrzymywanie terminów wykonania prac, bieżące raportowanie progresu prac przełożonym; motywowanie członków zespołu, dbanie o wysoką efektywność i jakość pracy zespołu.

opracowywanie koncepcji wizualnych gier na podstawie przedstawionych ogólnych założeń projektowych; klarowne przedstawianie wizualnych i technicznych aspektów projektów gier; dbanie o zachowanie zgodności tworzonych materiałów z założoną stylistyką i podejmowanie efektywnych działań mających na celu korektę ewentualnych niespójności; ścisła współpraca z zespołem programistów i testerów.

requirements-expected : masz doświadczenie w pracy przy projektach (szczególnie gier) opartych na technikach digital paintingu, game art, itp.; posiadasz doświadczenie w kierowaniu kilkuosobowym zespołem (graficy, animatorzy, programiści, testerzy) w oparciu o dowolny system zarządzania projektami; posiadasz podstawową wiedzę z zakresu animacji oraz grafiki 2 D umożliwiającą rozumienie podstawowych jej technik; rozumiesz pojęcia optymalizacji procesów oraz ergonomii działania aplikacji; posiadasz podstawową umiejętność obsługi dowolnego programu graficznego, umożliwiającą wykonywanie prostych szkiców i korekt; jesteś osobą kreatywną, spostrzegawczą, o wyrobionym poczuciu estetyki; szybko się uczysz i potrafisz korzystać z doświadczenia innych, czytać ze zrozumieniem dokumentację, a także ją tworzyć; potrafisz elastycznie dostosować się do określonych wymagań danego projektu i wypracowanych standardów prac; potrafisz dbać o efektywność własną oraz zespołu i nieustanny progres, inspirujesz i motywujesz swój zespół; posiadasz świadomość własnych ograniczeń, czy braku wiedzy, ale samodzielnie i efektywnie zabiegasz o ich usunięcie; potrafisz działać pod silną presją czasu, jesteś osobą odporną psychicznie i otwartą na konstruktywną krytykę.
