We are establishing a new and innovative NPI HUB in Warsaw, seeking professionals to oversee the deployment of both regional and local New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Exciting and diverse opportunities await you at every turn

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The NPI Executive will be accountable for coordinating the deployment of globally, regionally, and locally driven New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Reports to: NPI Manager

Reporting Level: manages self – no direct reports

Geographic Scope: regionally

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Coordinating the deployment of regional and local New Product Introduction projects and initiatives
  • Using project management techniques to define timing, volume, cost, and quality within assigned projects
  • Leading a diverse project team across multiple locations
  • Providing accurate project costing during the quotation and project justification phase
  • Identifying lessons learned from projects, sharing them with relevant partners, developing improvement plans with clear ownership, and implementation
  • Preparing and delivering stage reviews, reports, and final project reviews to Business Unit management

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Supply Chain, or Factory Planning/Scheduling in an FMCG setting
  • Experience in coordinating new product introduction projects
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Comfortable collaborating in virtual, cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
