Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling innovative AI & Big Data solutions and software services to large and medium-sized enterprises across diverse industries. If you are passionate about driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and excelling in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales initiatives targeting large and medium-sized enterprise customers across diverse industries, leveraging your expertise in outbound sales and new business development.
  • Efficiently manage inbound leads while also developing and executing outbound lead generation strategies to proactively identify and engage potential customers.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, cultivating trust and positioning our solutions as integral to their success.
  • Take the lead in coordinating proposal preparations, collaborating closely with pre-sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Customize sales approaches to align with the unique requirements of each client, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to effectively close deals under minimum guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate sales processes, driving efficiency and scalability in our approach.
  • Proactively manage and nurture relationships within the existing account portfolio, identifying opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of contracts, preparing and finalizing agreements to facilitate smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in selling IT/software/software services, with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Extensive experience and proven success selling software and/or software services to large enterprise clients and corporations worldwide, ideally with a focus on the USA, Western Europe, and the UK.
  • Understanding of customer products, industry best practices, and how software solutions support clients' business goals, particularly in AI and Big Data projects.
  • Fast learning skills, with a focus on delivering value and driving change by taking initiative.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for meetings and conferences, fostering strong client relationships and business development opportunities.
  • Experience in resolving complex customer issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • General knowledge of outreach processes, account management, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English at C1 level.

Nice to have
  • Good understanding of the software market as well as modern AI and Data software stack.
  • Fluency in any second foreign language is a plus.
