Business Development Manager
Location: Warsaw, Poland

  • Working remotely from anywhere in Poland but visiting our Warsaw office on a regular basis; self – management of time, trips, tasks and activities in assigned territory: Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Business Development Management (foster & develop the relationship to existing customers, acquisition of new customers; identify customer needs; conducting price analyses & benchmarks)
  • Analyzing & monitoring market data on consumers, competitors and effectiveness of ZF activities and sales results e.g. campaigns, promotions, price positioning & new products
  • Developing, organizing and participating in local sales promotion activities
  • Developing motorcycles market in Poland, Czechia and Slovakia and increasing of sales and recognizability of motorcycles products offered by ZF
  • Forecasting sales values for existing customers, preparation of budget proposal and monitoring of budget use in agreed scope

Your profile:

  • Qualified commercial and/or technical background; further qualification (University Degree)
  • Min 5 years of experience in a similar position – preferably in an international environment and in the automotive (Aftermarket) industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as very good organization skills, structured and independent way of working, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Polish and English language, German will be an advantage
  • Excellent command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to travel; driving license (cat. B)
