ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As a Brand Services Assistant Manager , you will play a key role in leading strategic projects in the Brand/Marketing New Product Initiatives (NPI) area and driving complex regulatory initiatives within the organization. You will be responsible for delivering and overseeing complex projects that require coordination with multiple colleagues. You will support the execution of all new product initiatives (NPIs), working closely with the Marketing Deployment Team and the Ops NPI team to deliver projects in line with the teams' strategic intent
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
end-to-end delivery of complex and strategic Marketing Component of New Product Initiatives (NPI) projects, including follow-ups and project management coordinating and implementing design assumptions to facilitate product/packaging development meet tight timelines using the in-house online project tool for NPI and ensuring proper tracking of all projects steps/ milestones are in place coordinating and monitoring packaging ArtWork adaptations with the appropriate parties collaborating with internal partners to improve the accuracy and quality of project assumptions, highlight any associated risks and issues, and ensure timely escalation of all new Marketing NPI projectsESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
experience or education related to product introduction to the market ideally within Brands/Marketing/FMCG environment proven examples of successfully delivering projects including risk management and escalation management strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build good relationships with partners, cross-functional teams ( . Legal, compliance, Printing technologies teams ) coordinating and executing Marketing project briefs to facilitate product/packaging development and ensure that high-priority projects proceed according to timelines fluent English is a mustWE ARE BAT
