Summary

Junior HR Coordinator – People and Culture (P&C) is responsible for handling employee inquiries, processing P&C transactions, and generating data reports through Workday and other HR systems. This position demands strong attention to detail, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to prioritize service requests with discretion.

What You'll Do
  • Offer exceptional customer service to address HR-related queries from employees, P&C Business Partners, and managers through various channels such as email, instant messaging, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve inquiries promptly and accurately by referencing knowledge guides and information across different systems.
  • Manage P&C transactions by gathering necessary details from employees, managers, and other internal/external stakeholders.
  • Utilize the case management tool to document all inquiries, customer details, case data, and updates, while communicating resolutions to requestors or escalating complex issues to the relevant team member.
  • Efficiently handle workload to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Effectively communicate P&C policies and programs, showcasing active listening skills and a dedication to enhancing the employee experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent field experience.
  • Previous experience managing high-volume customer inquiries within a corporate setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English for business purposes; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • A dedication to providing exceptional customer service, with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver quality work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Capability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data.
  • Works autonomously under general guidance.
  • Proficiency in utilizing knowledge guides for conducting research and addressing inquiries.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in an HR Contact Center, Service Operations, or Service Desk setup supporting high-volume employee inquiries and transactions.
