• Posting incoming payments, including both checks and electronic funds transfers
• Exchanging correspondence with internal and external customers, including sending balance confirmation
• Manage unapplied cash payments
• Identify and code short/over payments
• Defining and clarifiying of payment and balance differences
• Preparing process monitoring/dashboards
• Reconciling of receivable transactions and bank accounts
• Supporting operational performance reporting activities
• Supporting other projects if needed and performing additional tasks given by supervisor
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
• Positive attitude to achieve goals and deliver results
• Possess strong time management skills, with attention to detail
• Bi-lingual (German and English)
• Ability to work between 8.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.
