Finance Intern

As a Finance Intern, your primary role will involve managing invoices from suppliers located in the EMEA region. You will actively engage with both external suppliers and internal departments to facilitate the smooth flow of financial operations. To equip you for success, we offer an intensive induction training program and will continue to provide tailored training to meet your specific needs.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

• Process and register supplier invoices.
• Daily investigation and resolution of supplier invoice disputes.
• Generate and manage reports in Excel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and take action on open queries.
• Perform reconciliation of supplier statements and effectively handle any disputes that arise.
• Ensure the proper archiving and filing of documents in compliance with relevant country legislation.
• Provide support for various accounting tasks as required.

What Are We Looking For?

• Availability to commit a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
