As a Product Manager you set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer needs and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for success. You will work directly with design, research, engineering, analytics to collect input, mold requirements, and validate features. You drive prioritization for your area, communicate with internal stakeholders, conduct user testing with customers, and work on the go to market plan with product marketing. You will also be responsible for driving product adoption and improving the customer experience through your products while aligning with the bigger OLX goals.
Who are we looking for?- Proven track record in product management, ideally at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company.
- Experienced in data driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimisation, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making.
- Able to extract insights and define a roadmap focused on solving crucial customer needsAble to take end to end responsibility for their product. Is able to work independently with support and guidance from the Head of Product.
- Curious and takes initiative to dig into the why, what & how
- A problem solver that is not afraid of taking on big challenges and breaking them into products that bring value to customers and OLX.
- Values collaboration and building consensus in and outside of your team, in the spirit of teamwork.
- Has excellent communication skills both written and oral communication skills. You are required to be proficient in English
