Join us for the position of RTR Platform Deployment Specialist - SAP Group Reporting, SAP ICMR - Assistant Manager - English - Hybrid Krakow.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the deployment of the Global Business Platform.
  • Assist in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase.
  • Collect required information for Change Impact analysis and facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology.
  • Write and review Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support the development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts.
  • Support and coordinate User Access Testing (UAT).
  • Develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working.
  • Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end users.
  • Log risks and issues and follow through on their resolution.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and integrate best practices for future resolution.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices for future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.
  • Ensure adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase.
Qualifications we seek in you:
  • Functional skills: Process-oriented thinking, planning and organization, analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups with effective communication.
  • Training and Change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of working.
  • Process improvement skills: problem-solving and analytical skills for contributing to process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related studies.
  • Relevant experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment.
  • Relevant experience in RTR domains like Financial Accounting, Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (SAP ICMR), and Consolidation and Group reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP (SAP ICMR specifically).
