Key job responsibilities
- Tworzenie, nadzorowanie i promowanie kultury bezpieczeństwa i zadowolenia z pracy
- Analizowanie i wdrażanie modyfikacji w celu zapewnienia jakości i wydajności na stałym, wysokim poziomie
- Nadzorowanie projektów mających na celu usprawnienie procesów, optymalizację wydajności i podniesienie jakości usług dla klientów w obrębie swojego obszaru odpowiedzialności
- Analizowanie wydajności zmiany w stosunku do stosownych celów biznesowych i wprowadzanie działań mających na celu osiągnięcie doskonałości operacyjnej
- Współpraca z innymi managerami w celu standaryzacji procesów na zmianach

A day in the life
Osoba na tym stanowisku pracuje w systemie zmianowym w jednym z naszych centrów logistycznych, zapewniając jego najwyższą możliwą wydajność. Głównym zadaniem Area Managera jest kierowanie i napędzanie kultury bezpieczeństwa oraz utrzymywanie jakości i standardów wydajności na zmianach. Area Manager nadzoruje również usprawnienia procesów w swoim obszarze i napędza ich wdrażanie. Typowy dzień jest tutaj niezwykle zróżnicowany i obejmuje rozmaite czynności, od rutynowego zarządzania zespołem i codziennych obowiązków operacyjnych, po doskonalenie procesów i szeroko zakrojone zadania operacyjne w sytuacjach awaryjnych. Osoba ta jest również mentorem dla nowych managerów.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Wykształcenie wyższe
- Wcześniejsze doświadczenie w kierowaniu zespołem
- Wcześniejsze doświadczenie w komunikacji z szerokim gronem partnerów biznesowych, w tym ze współpracownikami i z przełożonymi
- Umiejętność wykorzystywania danych analitycznych i empirycznych do podejmowania decyzji i rozwiązywania problemów
- Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego w mowie i piśmie

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferowane kwalifikacje nie są wymagane do starania się o stanowisko w Amazon. Z przyjemnością zapoznamy się z kandydaturą osób, które posiadają wszystkie wyżej wymienione kwalifikacje podstawowe.
- Doświadczenie z narzędziami Lean, Six Sigma i technikami Kaizen
- Doświadczenie nabyte w innym środowisku logistycznym
- Odpowiednia znajomość pakietu MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
