As part of the company's expansion in Poland, we are looking for a professional to join our team in new branch in Wroclaw.

What You'll Do
  • Booking all transactions in the system in order to ensure the proper invoice capturing;
  • Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines;
  • Daily bank statement reconciliation;
  • Posting corporate Cash receipts on a daily basis;
  • Posting corporate accounts payable;
  • GL accounts reconciliation;
  • Checking accounting documents and monitoring incoming and outgoing payments;
  • Analyzing account balances and reports in order to clarify and/ or correct the transactions;
  • Contributing to the timely and accurate performing tasks related to the monthly closing;
  • Keeping documentation for realizing processes updated;
  • Cooperation and assistance to Chief Accountant and Financial Controller with various GL supporting schedules;
  • Other ad-hoc Accounting/Finance tasks;
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting;
  • Strong knowledge of English (B1/B2);
  • Track record of process improvement initiatives will be an extra asset;
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and Accounting/ ERP systems (Enova, Intacct experience beneficial);
  • Graduate and/or professional certification in a business related subject matter (e.g. Finance, Accounting);
  • Strong attention to details and deadline-orientation;
  • Being well organized, accurate and flexible;
  • Strong communication skills and fast learning ability required;
  • Aptitude for taking on increased responsibilities;
